Using a mild cleanser that isn't hard on the skin, wash at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. If you can, you may what to consider washing a third time midday. However, if you wear a lot of make this may not be possible.

We also know that green tea is loaded with antioxidants, which reduce the amount of free radicals in the body. By consuming green tea on a daily basis, you can postpone the onset of wrinkles and greatly reduce your risk of getting various kinds of cancer.
Do not rely on bottled green tea beverages. These go through a good deal amount of processing and the content and quality of antioxidants is unknown. The best thing to do is buy green tea leaves and steep the tea yourself.
